Charted 2026-08-14 1. Failed launches cost nothing. A generation that fails returns its credits to your balance automatically. 2. Unused fuel. Purchased credits you haven't spent are refundable to your original payment method — write to [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of the purchase. 3. Beyond recovery. Credits already spent on completed generations, and free bonus credits (no cash value), cannot be refunded. 4. Re-entry time.
